We are pleased to confirm participation from 38 national air force delegations and 2 national special operations forces delegations.
The Future Air Force Conference (FAFC) 2026 is already shaping up to be one of the most significant international gatherings for the global air power community. Building on the success of previous editions, the conference continues to attract growing interest from military leaders, defence experts, industry partners and government representatives from around the world.
Based on current confirmations, at least half of the 38 represented nations are expected to attend at the level of Chief of Air Force, Air Force Commander or equivalent senior leadership. The event is also expected to welcome around 40 active-duty generals, 10 retired generals, more than 25 industry partners, as well as diplomats, government officials and senior defence representatives.
The increasing international reach of the Future Air Force Conference is evident when comparing participation figures from recent editions.
In 2024, the conference welcomed delegations from 27 countries, representing every continent. By 2025, interest had expanded further, with participation from 35 delegations, represented predominantly by senior military officers and generals.
For 2026, participation has increased again to 40 national military delegations in total (38 air force delegations and 2 special operations forces delegations), accompanied by approximately 50 current and former generals and a broad spectrum of defence industry representatives and government officials. This represents the strongest level of engagement in the conference’s history.
With record international participation and growing involvement from senior military leaders, industry experts and policymakers, Future Air Force Conference 2026 is set to further strengthen its position as one of the leading international forums dedicated to the future of air power and military aviation.
